Thomson Cruises have announced that the Thomson Celebration will be based in
Dubrovnik, Croatia in 2015 and will be offering 4 great new itineraries and a
diverse range of ports.
Whilst they have not announced the full itinerary
details I can tell you that they will be called ‘Adriatic Affair’, ‘Croatian
Classics’, ‘Grecian Legends’, and ‘Taste of the Adriatic’ and will call in at
Sibenik, Korcula, Rovinj, Split, and Hvar in Croatia. Trieste, Bari, and
Brindisi in Italy and Corinth and Itea in Greece, amongst other places. These
are all new ports of call for Thomson
These adult only sailings start from the 7th May 2015 and Thomson are increasing their
regional flights too, offering flights from Glasgow, Newcastle and
Bristol aswell as Manchester, Birmingham and Gatwick.
I don't often get excited by 'Cruise News' but I think this is really
exciting, this year Seadream are the only cruise line to offer Dubrovnik and a
home port. By offering this Adriatic port Thomson will have something different
to the normal Eastern or Western Med to offer the UK customer at a reasonable
price too.
These cruises will go on sale on the 24th April this year and if you would
like to be kept up to date with the full itineraries and prices just give me a
call or send me an e-mail.
